Mickel (Pouet)

Pouet is the eldest of the band of circus children. He always treated Oleander and Topaz as his siblings. Pouet entered the circus fairly late compared to the other two, around the age of 8 (He has a difference of 3 years with Topaz and 2 with Oleander). They quickly become friends and Topaz will confide a lot of his doubts to his friend. Before entering the circus, Pouet was an orphan, he was afraid of being forced to work in the mine so he fled and landed at the circus which was currently performing in his country. When Topaz left the circus arranging his fake death, Pouet was actually affected by his friend's death (Pouet and Oleander don't know Topaz is alive). Moreover, he had understood that something bad was going on in the circus, he had noticed for a while that the shows were no longer to entertain children but to entertain another audience. With the disappearance of the object of public covetousness, Topaz, he understood with dread what his friend was going through every day, seeing all his cold and unhealthy looks looking at him and despising him because he is not to their taste, he isn't handsome, he's just a horrible clown who juggles balls. Uncle Bonson (Circus owner Liam Bonson's uncle) who manipulates the circus revenue with his gang of alcoholics, was also responsible for the "sale" and unhealthy view of Topaz. He had ensured that only nobles wishing to bid on topaz or just enjoy watching the albino with thoughts could enter the circus audience with astronomical sums. Uncle Bonson and his gang mentally and physically torment Pouet, beating and insulting him, threatening to have him quit the circus if he fails to entertain the nobles again and again. This situation became usual for a few months following the death of Topaz, Pouet was under constant pressure between the unhealthy looks of the public on him and Oleander and the blows and insults he took after each performance, he had never been a confident boy but before Topaz and Oleander gave him courage but the situation became more and more difficult for him to bear, if he left the circus his country would have him executed for having left the mines or he would die of hunger being poor and orphan and outside people would also make fun of him for being just an ugly clown. The circus gang controlled by Uncle Benson then gave Pouet one last chance to entertain the nobles during the show before being kicked out of the circus if he fails again. In a last gasp, Pouet looked at the face of his dancer friend, Oleander, giving her a sorry look and went on stage. That day, the ugly clown Pouet put on the biggest show of his life, under the perverted gaze of his audience, he hanged himself. (Pouet was 15 when Topaz "died" and 16 when he committed suicide)
