Annewyne lives and works in Alden (Bridge storyline). While Alden is a pretty poor port, it does serve as a pretty popular pass through for many interstellar travellers. Anne runs a shop in town specializing in antiques and 'natural remedies'. This shop however also fronts her primary buisiness as a translator and informant for the Advancement and other non-humans. She also provides Medium services to those who accepted the Advancement, however for the most part Non-humans in Alden are not openly accepted, so her real talents remain hidden in her day to day activities. While there are many who pass through permenant residents of non-human status are shunned. While Anne has made not only a monetary fortune but also a fortune of knowledge, she has kept her status as a non-human hidden from those in Alden.

From the knowledge that Anne has gleaned on her past and upbringing, she is the offspring of a human and an angel. Due to his indescretions, her father has gone into hiding hunted by the Angelic Counsel. Her mother passed away when Anne was very young, the toll of having a semi-mortal child is generally fatal. In her younger years she had a short-lived search for her father however as time passed it mattered less until it didn't matter at all. Children are rare between the human and non-human residents of this universe, as most couples find that they are just unable to actually produce mixed offspring. Out of the offspring that actually make it to a term pregnancy, they often have a very short life wrought with medical problems. Anne is one of the few exceptions. She is not truly human, however she is not immortal/semi mortal either. She ages physically much slower than most humans, though she does in fact age. After the passing of her mother she was brought to Rowen's orphanage where she spent most of her childhood. Once she aged out she moved back to Alden with the hopes of getting off the planet and perhaps into some kind of interstellar travel. This plan pretty much ceased when she realized she had a more 'natural' calling. With the traffic from Alden Port it became very easy for Anne to weed out the dirty secrets of many of the larger dieties that passed through. Since Alden is revelled for being a rather simplistic, mostly human port those who are trying to avoid attention may find themselves passing through.

Not long after she had begun to make a name for herself, she crossed paths with a low-level demon Allard. While she originally found him to be a but of a nuisance, his easygoing attitude eventually grew on her. She hired Allard as an apprentance. In return for his help with her...larger jobs she would work with him to hone his abilities and to help make a name for himself. Eventually their relationship became more then just work partners however with the inherent dangers of the buisiness they do their best to keep their relationship a secret. Though she had been diagnosed years ago as infertile- a common issue for many half-breeds Anne finds herself pregnant with twins. This proves far too risky, so once they are born she sends the twins back to Rowan's Orphanage.

The rest of this is still currently a WIP. There are a lot of other things that can or should be added in here and will be added in time.
