About
Fern(anda) Rodriguez is the airheaded student body president! When she was a kid, her parents found out in a very traumatic way that she was immortal. Or rather, she CAN die, but the next day an exact copy of her with all her memories will just show up out of nowhere. Being the super Catholics that they were, they decided that their daughter was a saint. Dying over and over again can be pretty traumatic, so she was very gloomy growing up. In middle school, Maud helped her realize that she was blessed, not cursed, and that she needed to use her blessing for the greater good. From that point forward, Fern has idolized Maud. Recently, Fern has been very occupied with school, student council responsibilities and making sure Mason doesn’t die! Did I mention Fern has a crush on Mason? She believes God created her to protect him.

Trivia
- She had an emo phase in middle school. She would wear all black and listen to MCR.
- Fern wants to be an EMT when she grows up.
- The town ran out of room to bury her corpses, so somehwere in the woods there's a huge pile of dead Fern bodies.
- She is a Christian, but does not associate with any church.
Relationships
Beatrice
Beatrice was the first person to talk to him when he first moved to Prairie. He sensed her aura and it was unlike any person he's ever met. He interprets this as her being his soulmate. Ever since, he's been trying everything he can to make her like him. He joined the Anomaly Club and has been successful in getting her to be his friend, but hasn't had any real success romantically.
Beatrice
Being the only girls in their grade, they of course get along great! Fern really loves Beatrice's weirdness and how she's unapologetically herself. Beatrice, on the other hand, loves Ferns optimism and good work ethic. They never really hang out outside of school, but they talk every time they bump into each other.
Scott
Vincent has always loved his older brother a lot. They used to be very close but over the years they grew apart because of Vincent's career and the divorce. Vincent blames himself for the way his dad would neglect Scott growing up. He continues to try to mend their relationship but Scott's still upset and not willing to let things go.
