♡ | GENERAL TOS: 
     ↠ If you rehome my designs, I prefer they remain on TH.
     ↠ My designs are final, I will not make edits without additional payment upfront. Once the design has been transferred, the layered file will be deleted.
     ↠ You may not edit my art or references without permission. Please DM me if you'd like to make any alterations so that I'm at least aware.
     ↠ You're welcome to update or redesign my designs as needed. They're yours now!
     ↠ You should not sell my designs for more than they're worth unless you've increased their value with the addition of other art.
     ↠While there's nothing I can do about it, I ask that you don't purchase my designs just to redesign them and sell them for more money.
     ↠ I can't control what you do with my designs, but I will blacklist anyone that breeches my terms or those of any applicable species.

♡ | SPECIES TOS: 
     ↠ Once you have purchased a CS design from me, and had them registered,  you are responsible for updating their Masterlist details.
     ↠ You're always allowed to update, redesign, or add traits to any of my CS designs within that CS's regulations.
     ↠ You're completely allowed to despecies or void my CS designs within the rules of the given species, but I encourage them to be resold instead.
     ↠ You are required to follow any applicable species TOS in addition to my own.

     ↠ AmenoSakura - CS TOS infractions
     ↠ Polyxii - Personal conflict & CS ban
     ↠ paechsky - Personal conflict & CS ban

These individuals are allowed to keep any of my designs that they already own, and do with them as they please. However, I discourage the transfer of designs to them. I'm just generally not comfortable with these people obtaining my designs. Obviously I can't actually stop you, but I ask that my wishes are respected. ♡
