Alliana was adopted from the shelter as a Vaporeon, she was the first eevee adopted into Azealia's house. Despite being evolved when she was adopted, she was still very young and naive. Azealia raised Alliana, keeping her around the house with all of the rest of the eevee squad as they eventually grew. Alliana likes to sleep alot, mostly found dozing near her food bowl or her favourite patch of sun through the patio doors. When Azealia thought Alliana was old enough, she gave Alliana the option to evolve using a Mega Stone.
