Blue Blush is a local hero, known for their speed and bravery. He's an explosive, young upstart who's started appearing recently to combat any of the strange monsters that have been appearing lately.
He assists local law enforcement in taking care of these monsters. Of course, they would be outmatched on their own, so they should be thankful for his help. Though, this other kid getting involved with the monsters is kinda cramping his style. Accept no imitators!
She's been closely monitoring the Planet's Tears phenomenon as it appears in news articles. They've even managed to crack into the police's radio signals to listen in on any nearby reports! Certainly there's no way monsters like this can be up to any good.
