Maple used to be a guardian angel until he injured a wing in an accident some hundreds of years ago. Since then, she's been trying to figure out how to pass the time she has as an immortal being. Because of this, Maple has picked up a wide range of miscellaneous hobbies. Right now he enjoys baking!! But she fucking hates bananas bread.
Somewhere along the way, Maple and Juliet met each other and have been travelling with each other as friends ever since. While Maple can't be killed at all, he doesn't actively seek out ways to test the extent of her immortality like Juliet does. Since Maple hasn't really figured out a purpose for herself yet, he follows the whims of Juliet's recklessness.
Maple just wants to find a new meaning to her existence since the one she'd worked towards before didn't work out. She has older brothers who she keeps in contact with, but they're often too preoccupied with their own duties to talk for long.
While she continues to search for his purpose in life, Maple is often the target of malicious supernaturals who think her injury will make her an easy target. He doesn't actively seek trouble, but if trouble happens to find him (and it often does), she trained long enough to know how to handle herself and have fun while doing so.
Maple is best friends with Juliet, and the two of them travel with Rosaline.
