Went to college, got a cool degree, and promptly failed to get a job she didn't hate or do anything notable with her life. Lived in her car for a while until a strange "business opportunity" floated her way... It seemed suspicious, and she was going to pass it up. That is, until rumors floated her way: that place is haunted! Ha! Haunted! People really believe in that stuff? She could only laugh. If some made-up ghost story has everyone else missing out on this sweet deal, then she'd happily take what they'd passed up. And now she lives in The Workplace. It's a free house! Nobody seems to want to tell her what exactly her new job is, but she's not going to pass something like this up. And ghosts aren't real, anyway. So she doesn't have to worry about all those mysterious noises at night.

It's complicated. They get along great, in most ways! But Cass is also very stubborn, and Friday seems to know just what to say to get on her nerves. Cass likes her! But thinks she's also kind of insufferable.
