Raoul Hachette

Doctor and skilled surgeon. Runs a clinic exclusively for demons and demonkin as most cannot use regular public hospitals and medical facilities. His human assistant, Heidi, helps him to run the facilities and handle patients. Both of his legs were lost for a currently undecided reason and were both replaced with robotic prosthetic legs. He is good friends with Loki who helps to smuggle medical supplies for him. He eventually becomes acquaintances with Nadia through Loki after he saved Jun's life when Hyde's murder assassination attempt failed
