NOTES

- Loki is a heavy smoker.

- Loki has vibes like the 1970s and 1980s. He's old school in a sense. As a teen in the early 70s he was influenced by a lot of the pop culture then. He constantly has 70s rock music playing in his bar.

- He also carries a golden coin engraved with ancient greek lettering and a snake with him at all times; it is a token of luck for him.

- He has a prehensile tail that he'll use to steal things via pick-pocketing or even to hold lightweight weapons, though he prefers to use his fists.

- He likes to hoard gold, gemstones, and similar valuables in a vault underneath his bar. He could probably be a millionaire if he invest it all, but instead he keeps it to himself like a personal collection.

- He has a well kept collection of various cruiser style motorcycles, most are considered vintage or even antique.

- Loki has been divorced at least 10 times. Not because he is a bad guy, it's just not a good idea to marry him. Most of his ex-wives were gold diggers.

PERSONALITY

Loki is deceiving, charismatic, manipulative, and cunning but he will always offer good advice and insight amongst his deceit. In regards to his manipulation it only applies to those who he wants something from such as tactfully leading along a business partner to get a better deal. Loki is very greedy, he hoards all sorts of shiny things from gold, liquor bottles, car emblems, valuables, and also weapons. He is prideful in his accomplishments but can moderate his pride so he does not become arrogant; He is by no means a narcissist. He is intelligent but will mask the full extent of it in order to manipulate others into trusting him. If someone confronts him he always faces it up front; he won't let others fight for him when his pride and reputation is on the line. He's garnered a large amount of respect amongst his colleagues, who are typically the petty criminal types and other ruffian bar-goers.

When it comes to those closest to him he will be more truthful and respectful. Whilst some of his antics will still slip through he will maintain a much more mature and direct personality with them. His kinder side will also be exposed and he does not attempt to manipulate his loved ones as he would a stranger.

Abilities

His ability is "shadow beast" or animal summoning via the tattoos he has on his body. Each tattoo's activation looks slightly different but maintain a common trend. His main summons are the snake tattoos on his arms. When he activates the ability the tattoos appear to "peel" and slither off his skin and form into wispy shadow-like snakes that he can manipulate for combat or stealth and espionage. The shadow-animals are mildly independent so he can direct them to go to a location or to do an action and they will follow through with no supervision. Sometimes his tattoos move slightly across his skin at random as if they were "alive" but this is rare to spot.

He has a large monkey tattoo covering his entire back. When activated this tattoo lets out a shadow-fog that envelops Loki's entire body and forms into a large monkey-like beast around him. This is a pseudo beast form he has. He is still inside of the shadow but cannot be seen unless the shadow is broken. He can control it as if it were his own body, it gives him enhanced strength and acts as a shield as the shadow barrier actually rather dense and it hardens from strong impacts. It can be hard to attack through at high speeds, think of it as something similar to oobleck.

In order to disable the shadow summons temporarily you can use a sudden and very bright light source such as a flashbang. In order to permanently disable them one can destroy the tattoo by injuring the area where it is on Loki's skin. Large slashes or burns are better than small puncture wounds for this as you need to destroy enough surface area to "break" the image. The summons will immeadiately cease moving and quickly disintegrate into the air once the tattoo area is slashed and the tattoo will reappear on Loki's skin but it will be completely static. Loki can repair these tattoos in order to summon them again by redrawing the tattoo in the damaged area once the injury heals. He can also incorporate new tattoos. The tattoos must have the resembalance of an animal with suffiencent enough detail to work, he cannot summon any inanimate objects via this summoning.

The tattoos are made using a special ink made out of plants found in Gehenna.

Currently his available summons are:

Two snakes (one on each arm).

One large ape tattoo on his back, used for his shadow form.

One falcon tattoo on the left of his chest.

OTHER

Everyone who regularly goes to his bar respects Loki. If any individual were to cause a ruccuss or disrespect Loki, especially drunkards, the entire occupancy of the bar would shun them and pressure them to leave the establishment. They do not interfere with Loki in conflicts as everyone respects that he can hold his own.

While he is an under-the-table weapons dealer and smuggler, he has his own moral standards and does not sell weapons to those who could use them to harm his fellow demons. He also despises anything in regards to human/demon trafficking, often going out of his way to make sure these traffickers are caught and suffer. The only kind of smuggling he does in relation to transporting people is helping them get out of the city and to safe zones, often for free.
