Cheerful, energetic, with an undying dose of love to give and no shortness of breath to chat your ear off. An unlikely manager, Lola is naturally kind-hearted and inclined to help everyone, despite being extremely oblivious and everything flying over her head! Not quite the brightest bulb in the box, she struggles to understand any big fancy talks, but has no shortage of will to learn. She’s willing to give everyone a second chance and doesn’t believe anyone is fully bad, even when she’s pushed past her limit and snaps at someone. However, not all is roses and rainbows, as Lola is highly emotionally and mentally unstable due to all the things that have happened to her in the past, and is prone to snapping into a delusional crisis and becoming dangerous. Ridiculously emotional, everything is a reason to cry and Lola’s mood swings around wildly, fully run by emotions and with very little logical thinking in the mix. She's highly possessive and secretive out of an unreasonable fear of losing people, but is not afraid to stand up for herself and others. Overall, one could say she's the embodiment of “don't cross the innocent-looking ones”!
Due to the toll of everything that's happened, she's gone through a very long period of no energy or will to act like she used to, only recently starting to slowly recover her cheer and energy but still not anywhere near her old levels.

Lola's childhood is very much shrouded in mystery - no one knows for certain where she came from, or where she lived as a child. As far as she tells, she's always lived alone with her mother until a big house fire separated them when she was 14, taking everything she had away from her and pushing her to find another place to stay. After walking into a store sobbing and crying about her lost house and family, an old Mint Fox's candy named Wilfried Ziegler took her in and eventually adopted her, taking her to the outer edge of the Laeta Sector where he still lived due to being a retired higher rank factory employee.
Once she had turned 16, she started working at the factory as well, defying age rules by recommendation of the old man. By the time she was already 18, she moved in together with her ex-boyfriend, who she lived with for around three years and was engaged to before things broke off and she returned to her father's house. One thing is for certain - Lola has been around the factory and the Laeta Sector for years, having climbed her way up to department manager due to her undying creativity and skill. In the years since she started working, she has become a well known figure, especially among the Quality department where legends of her infamous pork eclairs are passed from worker to worker.
However, she seems to hold some dark secrets about the past, as well as having lost quite a few important people in her life due to situations beyond her control. If you become close enough to her, you might hear tales of friends who died on her watch, or the story of the snatcher attack behind her scars... while having a broken down Lola in your hands.
WHY REBELLION?
Lola has lost way too many people to Sweet, and couldn't stand to stay idle watching everyone being ripped away or melting through her fingers. With her being one of the only people who remembers the Old Rebellion, she has plenty enough reason to not want history to repeat itself.

- She has a black licorice cat named Lakritsi, who she brought from Wilfried's house.
- She still often has nightmares or flashbacks of the fire, the people she's lost and snatchers. Prone to spiraling into an anxiety attack if left alone for too long.
- As a Concoctionist, Lola specializes in mixing recipes.
- Learned her way with herbal medicines and natural poisons.
- She is as much of a messy eater as she is a messy worker - everything around her (including herself) gets dirty!
- Tends to twirl on herself or swing on her legs a lot. Sometimes loses her balance and falls after twirling too much.
- Relies on certain items/objects to keep her memories of someone. All the most important people in her life have an associated item that she uses or wears. Losing or getting one of these items taken away from her or broken makes her panic.
- Hides under tables when there's thunder storms. (the loud noise really bothers her)
