• You are buying the IP to the character design; you may change the design as you see fit.
• Character Designs intended for none profit, personal use but may be used commercially for no extra fee.
  Please notify me when and where your design will be used if using commercially.
• I (DuckRoulette) should always be credited as the original designer regardless of adjustments to the design of the character(s) when used both non-commercially (where appropriate) and commercially.
• The original design artwork by me (DuckRoulette) may not be used commercially without prior written permission.
• Should you sell the design on to another party, I (DuckRoulette) do not need to be notified.
• You may trade, resell or re/gift my designs; even if the design was previously acquired in a trade or gifting.
• Do not add new terms of use to my designs without contacting me first.

Additional Notes:

• I don't need to be notified for transfer of ownership, though it is appreciated and there's a chance I'll be happy to buy them back!
