Hazard is a monster of some kind, nobody, not even himself, knows where he came from. However, one thing's for sure- He most definitely lives up to his name. Or at least, people think he does. With a wide, constant, unsettling grin that is broken by nothing and the ambigous bloodstained road sign he carries around, it's easy to assume that he is a horrible little creature who wishes for nothing but your suffering. And hey- while that may not be far from the truth, he's also many other things. You see, Hazard thinks of himself as an advocate- sure possibly quite the violent one, but an advocate nonetheless.

Hazard absolutely despises car-based infrastructure. From awfully unsafe stroads to the constant noise pollution that assult his sensitive ears, he hates it all and happily supports public transportation. Walking is king, bikes are fine, trains are best, and buses just work- Hazard will write in what is totally not the blood of his enemies. This monster keeps others in check using his trusty sign as a weapon and patrols of sides of suburban roads, knocking down road signs and anticipating his next meal of a truck enthusiast's catalytic converter.
