Personality:  Hallow is a rather simple fellow in the fact that he spends most of his waking hours to himself; he's an introvert so it fits well with his wishes. He's incredibly cautious of the outside world, and people, to the point of borderline cowardice sometimes. He's insecure in many aspects of his life, because he is a highly observant young man; he notes all the things incorrect in his work, mannerisms, and creativity. Don't let it fool you though, Hallow is an incredibly disciplined individual due to his upbringing almost to the point where he is incredibly mealy-mouthed; he's afraid to speak straightforwardly to someone. Despite that, he is a very kind, honest fellow if he gets over his shyness to actually talk to someone.

Quirks:

·         Very soft spoken

·         Wears glasses when he reads and writes, even though they are supposed to be worn all of the time; he just doesn't want to look like a huge nerd around others and fans.

·         Gets really nervous in crowds or around new people but still loves when others enjoy his work.

·         In dragon form he tends to keep his head and tail low, and ears are normally drooped as well.



Background:  Hallow was born into a wealthy but really strict, borderline military-esque family; they were a no-nonsense type of group. He spent most of his life in school or cooped up in his room studying to keep his grades high. He never really had the chance to be close with anyone, nor did he have much interest in sports— even though his family constantly tried to get him to run track. The only thing he had as a sort of escape from stress was writing. Hallow managed to figure out that he had a knack for writing thanks to a teacher admiring some of his written reports and papers. After that he decided to use his free time to write short stories. Hallow even started slacking in his track exercises to spend even more time on exercising his creativity, and more time was put into raiding the local library for new books to find inspiration from; this is where he found his love for all things horror related. He even managed to buy a lot of older horror movies with his allowance, watching them on weekends when his family was out on social gatherings.



Hallow never really told his family about his love of writing—he knew they would disapprove— but as he grew older it sort of became obvious. He started to take courses for it instead of continuing with track like they wanted. There were a few arguments here and there trying to make him reconsider but he kept with his choice; even though his family was incredibly intimidating.



Hallow did manage to get through college with high scores and has actually managed to publish a few of his stories. Though his time was mostly spent writing or reading, he has actually learned to love running and tends to take breaks from work to relax and stretch his muscles. He also has become very wealthy on his own, living in the higher levels of Junction City. Still he does like to visit the lower levels to help a few random strangers with donations of money by buying them food when he's able.
