About
J is a self proclaimed ‘kingpin’ who is located on Kadara.
In the Milky Way he was a well respected doctor earning his place on the Nexus, he was one of the many who were thawed early from cryo, and one of the many who participated in the uprising, using his inside information to sabotage much of the medical equipment, getting a lot of people unnecessarily killed. you could hear him bragging about how he killed one of the original nexus leaders, but its not creditable.
J saw opportunity in Kadara when the food rations got severely low, opportunity to use his expert skills as a doctor to start slaughtering others for their meat and selling it to people who wouldn’t question where it came from. together with his turian partner Seithis, “S”, and several other desperate criminals J used his charm on, they created a black market cannibal ring that became so large a good majority of the meat in the Badlands came from him.

Dealt with J a lot on omega, he didn't trust anyone else with the black market firearms he'd sneak onto the citadel. Like many people Red had also fallen from his charm and was quite smitten with him, though J recognized that her boyfriend was a powerful crime lord and was smart enough to not overstep boundraies. On one occassion where he'd bitten off more than he could chew, he was targeted by one of omega's gangs and would have gotten taken out if she hadn't been there with her quick thinking and sharp aim. J never forgets, and so, when he knew things were about to hit the fan with her boyfriend, he hired a krogan body guard and made it just in time after her throat got slit, cloaking and getting her out of there while his hired muscle fought and died for him. He was able to stop the bleeding and she awoke on the citadel weeks later.
