Hagalaz Asmund

Hagalaz is the "original" Raikou, the revived form of one of the three Pokemon that died in the Brass Tower fire, brought back to life by Teruko. The youngest brother, Hagalaz holds power over electricity, and is as quick-acting and volatile as the lightning he wields. Like his brothers, he spends most of his time running aimlessly around Johto, never staying in one place for long and never having any permanent friends. The people he truly cares about are his brothers, and Teruko, his "mother". Towards other Pokemon, Hagalaz is distrustful, rarely accepting that a new Pokemon doesn't have any intent to harm him and occasionally lashing out in brief episodes of paranoia.

All three of the Asmund brothers have large burn scars across some part of their body. Hagalaz's is on his right arm. It's usually hidden under his clothes.
