Seoul has a very cold personality. She doesn't really care what other people think about her, and she doesn't care if you want to be her friend or not. She is very clever, allowing her to find ways to make a living without ever having to commit to a job. Her quick thinking and sharp tongue has gotten her out of a lot of sticky situations. She isn't afraid to speak her mind and can be very confrontational, which has gotten her into many fights in the past.
She spends most of her time partying or hustling, and oftentimes she will just drift from place to place sleeping in motels or the houses she parties at. In the rare case she does meet someone she cares a lot about, she displays an extreme sense of fierce loyalty with no tolerance towards anyone who messes with her friend. But she'd never tell you that she cares about you. Roz is the only person she even remotely cares about because she is the only person who has made the effort to stick with her.

[ friend ] After running into her at a few parties, they eventually started partying together. Roz hung out with Seoul enough for her to begin tolerating her. They have similar lifestyles and drift around together.

[ crush ] After overdosing at a party, Roz brought Seoul to a hospital where she was treated. When she became conscious again, she opened her eyes to see one cute girl. "You're pretty cute," she said. The girl seemed unsure of how to respond, but smiled awkwardly. Since that day, she hasn't left Seoul's mind!
