Princess Katalonia (or Kat for short) is the daughter of Queen Theresa and Prince David from the planet Starford, located in the Milkyway galaxy.

The rulers were the main protectors of three emerald crystals called Myndzi. These crystals have extreme power when used for telepathy and mind reading. The whole kingdom possesses small versions of the crystals that they wear as pendants that can be used to talk telepathically and perform cheap parlour tricks. Usually they are harmless and no one used them for evil. If they did, they could cause serious mental and physical issues or even destroy life.

When Kat was 4 months old, Starford was attacked by the Cybermen, who wanted the Myndzi Crystals in order to control the minds off of everyone in the galaxy and beyond. Her parents and her people fought them for days and days until all seamed lost. That was when at the last minute a miracle happened, in the form of a stranger. He helped fight off the cybermen and saved the plant from total destruction. Before he left, he gave Kat a special key, a TARDIS key, so should she ever need his help again, the key would know and he would be there.

Many years later, he returned. This time to help the now grown up Princess Kat to find her parents, who has mysteriously disappeared when the cybermats, the cybermen’s vicious robot rodents, attacked. Together they travelled through time and space, facing many enemies, making new friends and giving the young Princess the adventure of a lifetime. An adventure with a Lord of Time, who’s real name no one knows. He is only know as the Doctor.
