VA (ViEi)'s Ownership

1. Don't use my designs to harm people; don't harm me personally. I mean no usage of my designs for hatespeech to real people and no taking my real life stuff (marked with "IRL bites" tag on my profiles) for character making. My completely fictional writings (characters with no "IRL bites" tag) don't bother me that much, tho.  

2. Contact me first before put up for trade design marked as "cannot transfer". I mean in such case there are some circumstances due to which it must be turned back to me (it's mostly designs which are still dear to me, or have some issues with rule 5, or went through scamming me on money). 

3. NO RESELLING. WHAT WAS FREE MUST STAY FREE. My adopts can be retraded/gifted only, 'cause I never sold anything for real money, so I will feel myself scammed; you may trade freebies only in case of additional worth added to them, but money still mustn't be involved. For the same thing if you made a twin of my design, don't separate it from original design ever. However, I'm fine with minor edits of my artwork like fixing traits or drawing outfits on nude bases (just credit me for the base art in such case). 

4. Don't put my designs into any "rehoming" accounts! Don't transfer creator's rights to species master accounts! It just bothers me much, if you that tired of my design, then toss it back to me, I even will draw something in return. As for transferring rights to species accounts - I will considering it as scamming me, 'cause such transfer erases my global rules and it smells like a wrong crediting.

5. If you're not comfy with me personal, then you're not comfy with my stuff either, it means if you don't want to interact with me, please, don't hunt for my designs (don't trade my designs to users who have me blacklisted, thanks).
