Siane Ritari

Personality:

Playful [mischievous], silly, and sweet, though she can be a bit of a perv sometimes. She's a hopeless optimist, and is usually smiling. She loves swimming and playing an ocarina. 

Biography:

 Siane was found as an orphan and adopted by a couple of nice seals by the name Ritari. They were nice and treated her fairly, though in her opinion they were a bit boring. They didn't take her little pranks very well and she would get in trouble often. She still loves them, though, and they're the only parents she's ever known. She left them, though, at the age of 16 to have adventures. She writes them all the time, though, and they try to write her back if she's in the same place long enough.
