Living peacefully in her every-day life, a catastrophy struck when Chiaki was hospitalized due to an unknown illness. After her treatment and getting out of the hospital, all would be back to normal for the hopeful Chiaki... if she hadn't began experiencing supernatural abilities! Taken under the wing of Aiden, a shopkeeper with an interest in stopping the monsters that rampage the city, she now fights to protect the city and her friends to give everyone hope for tomorrow!

Chiaki was often characterized by her peers as a withdrawn girl before her transformation took place - you would never hear her speak outside of the proximity to her close friends. After her transformation, however, she's beginning to be way more outgoing, since social interaction seems way less scary when you're comparing it to fighting monsters. She's sensitive to what others think about her, often being more cruel to herself than need be. She thinks highly of her friends.
