Maksim's Ownership

All of my designs can be traded, gifted, sold, etc.

Designs can be sold for any amount regardless of how it was acquired.

Designs may be added to closed species or voided from closed species at the owner's discretion. 

Alt/AU versions of designs may be created at the owner's discretion. These designs must all stay together if ownership is transferred in the case that designs are copies. If the alternate design is reasonably distanced from the original visually they may be separated (redesigning).

Designs may be used personally or commercially.

All design/character rights belong to the owner. I as the creator have no right to dictate how you use your character. Designs preferably should not be used for hateful/illegal content, but this will end in a block, not as a revoke.

I reserve the right to use my artwork of the design for advertising purposes only. Should you as the owner wish otherwise, please contact me. I am more than willing to accommodate!
