Section 0 - I will NOT draw...

- Other Frowned-Upon Themes
I will let you know if there are other things I can/cannot draw!
Persistent askings for me to draw these will result in a block...
Section 1 - Payment
- I only take Cashapp and/or Venmo!
- We would discuss payment through Discord DMs, Toyhouse PMs, or Toyhouse comments.
- If I cancel a commission for whatever reason, you will receive full payment back, regardless of where I was in the piece.
- I will not offer refunds for any reason unless I cancel it or complete it within a reasonable or agreed timeframe.
- My prices also vary! They can be determined by how complex the idea is and how long it takes me to finish. I am always willing to negotiate prices, but I will not be lowballed!
Section 2 - Designs
- You MUST have a Toyhouse account in order to own a design from me. This is to ensure no credential/character theft happens.
- Please do not trade these designs to any problematic people (ex. scammers) or people in my blacklist!
- Redesigns are 100% alright! Just make sure I'm still credited for the original design, and that my art isn't removed from Toyhouse!
- Please ask me if you're going to turn one of my designs into a species or if you're going to be voiding them!
Section 3 - Use
- Please do not use my artwork for commercial use! This includes posters, stickers, pins, etc.
- You are allowed to use my designs for entertainment purposes, such as animations, comics, literature, and more. (go crazy lol)
- Merchandise of my designs are allowed as long as it is your own artwork!
- Feel free to turn my designs into fursuits or make them physical items!
FREE designs may NOT be sold or traded unless commissioned art has been added
Designs obtained via TRADES may NOT be resold but CAN BE TRADED
Designs obtained via SALES may NOT be sold for more than their base value + commissioned art value
