This person is the thing called "Project W"
One of reality's mistakes.
They are part of the group of young people to be scattered in Hydroxia as an experiment, and this person, as well as J, got Really lucky to be blessed with such an astonishing power. J and him hooked up for a while before they split ways pretty heated.
Not only was they an old friend of J, but they hurt him deeply. With a deep wound through the shoulder but also selling his trust for personal gain. This deplorable beast is also in the same position as J, minus strong time abilities. Instead, they make up for it in firepower, mechanics, and strength.
History:
Project W.
He is an anomaly much like my boy J. Instead of overwhelming speed, or time manipulation to give the allusion of speed, this man got the wonderous ability of Overwhelming firepower. This ability is aptly named Orange Hell (J's is Whiteshift).
Clearly not his name, he adopted it as such at the anomalous point, where he, J, and a few others, were stripped from their home universes and timelines into one single point in time together. He adopted his part of the project's name. Project W, as his was lost to him during the event. He got a mask made before going off to meet the others he was supposed to meet with, and lost his identity completely. That's where he met a confused and young J, who hasn't taken that name yet. The first thing PW suggested he did was take his project name as his own. J did, but altered it to fit. J was his name now, instead of Project J. They met with the others and began to plan.
Unlike the group of 5 others, Project W and J went off on their own paths. They were close from their original encounter... however that won't last. After a month of knowing each other, even hooking up after a while, their fight began.
It was an intense battle between the Timestopper and the man who was known to bring down an entire fleet single handedly. It was a mix between J slashing at intense speeds and reflecting lasers and PW's ever increasing arsenal firing ruthlessly at his former lover with no emotions showing but the cold, deadpan look of his mask. Beneath is a different story. He was trying to hold back because he didn't hate him. He did truely love J, and lost sight of what they were really fighting for. However, J didn't see it that way... and finally, they struck each other down. J on purpose, W on accident. J was shot through the chest by one of the piersing orange shots of W's main cannon, barely missing vitals. W was hit by a compressed airblast, removing his arm from the shoulder.
Ever since, they've hated each other with a burning passion, but deep down both just want to be friends again.
