While Mitzi may seem polite and proper most of the time, she is very much a bit of a sassy and overconfident little pikachu. She likes pushing buttons a little, though she is mainly just having fun. She teases others a lot, but she usually does it in good fun, or when needing to point out the truth of someone.

Though with her fun loving nature, she's still able to claim her authority when she feels it's needed. She can be commanding when someone needs her to be, and with being one of the few adults of the team, sometimes she feels she has to.

Mitzi admires Maple's skill in battle, but she thinks that she's untrained and still needs guidance. She can be a bit silly and sassy towards Maple, though it tends to go over the poor Marshtomp's head.

Mitzi tends to enjoy Ace's nature, seeing him be pretty mature for his age due to his evolution. Though she has her concerns about some of his methods for training, she can find fun when with him.

Mitzi likes having another adult in the group, but thinks Alli needs to lay off on the protectivness of the group. The two can clash a little bit on how they feel the group needs to be controlled sometimes.

Cabbage hasn't interacted with Mitzi much, but she can see his issues with the team and his struggles with standing up for himself. And she finds ways to subtly encourage in her own way.

Mitzi somehow doesn't seem bothered by Sean's rude and sassy nature, often times being able to clap back to him with her own sass back towards him. He seemingly doesn't mind this though.

STORY

Backstory

Mitzi was a specially bred pokemon to be used in contests, being given to a rich family when she was just a pichu. She was put into the contests from a young age, performing quite well in them.

But Mitzi never really had much interest in doing the contests. Instead, she found a passion in battling and wanting to travel. She would watch league matches on television and be enamoured by them. So eventually she left, in search of a trainer she could battle with.

During the Comic

This led her to discover the talking Marshtomp named Maple. While taking a visit in the Oceanic Musuem, she got mixed in with a group called team Magma wanting to steal something from there.

While Mitzi didn't get involved in the battle herself, she witnessed Maple and Ace fight the Team Magma members, being very impressed by what she saw. So she decided to go up to Maple, and ask to join her team, which luckily she was accepted in.
