Meala ☀️🌲

meala (mah-la) - she/her - unicorn deer

the young and benevolent guardian of an coill idir na cnoic (forest between the hills). as a mythical being, she watches over the flora and fauna, guiding and protecting them; as such, she is well loved amongst the creatures of the forest, which has flourished since her time as guardian. 

naïve and idealistic, meala has not known many hardships and is ill prepared for any real danger that may come her way--for as long as she has lived, she's not had to worry about such things. however, innocent as she may seem, meala takes her job incredibly seriously and vows to protect the forest between the hills with her life, should that day ever come. while she has never questioned what came of the forest before her existence, the arrival of a sinister black unicorn may force her to question everything she's learned up until now.

a hybrid unicorn/deer in appearance, meala is a shapeshifter who can take on both a feral and anthropomorphic form. (she can equally be drawn either way!)
