Thick Skin Abilities prevent his flesh from being penetrated by normal means. Often breaking our finest grade weapons upon force of contact. During capture, Bulrig was able to injure 7 of Hunters, and kill 2 of the group of 12 sent to capture him. Due to this ability, his attacks are brute force, and his physical strength is immense.

However, it is discovered during capture that Burlig is heavily affected by certain airborne poisons and gases, particularly paralysis fogs and were used to successfully capture and subdue him for processing.

Bulrig was first brought to the Hunter’s attention for kidnapping a high ranking official of the neighboring kingdom of Norme. We sent out search parties for this demon multiple times before finding his location and where he keeps the people he’s seized. Upon his discovery of us, his violence against his prisoners increased significantly, attacking them in order to hurt us, or because he did not want them taken away from him, or perhaps both. We were unfortunately unable to save them from succumbing to their wounds after his capture.

Bulrig was originally designated for a Medium Risk cage on the 3rd floor due to his temper and violent behaviours during and after capture. However, since the 10 year review mark of his process date, he has significantly calmed down enough that he has been put up for a secondary process review. Bulrig claims that his initial aggressions were because of his frustration from being surprise attacked in his home, drugged and captured, and is not a true reflection of “who he really is deep down”. He continuously and avidly ‘requests’ to be put into a larger cage as he would “like more friends, since he’s such a lonely guy.” as well as complaints that the cage he’s currently in is far too ‘cramped’ for his size. After some consideration of the laws of our great Queen Ellah and interviews with his Hunter Watchers, we deem Bulrig a possible candidate for a process review and a potential cage change.

Update:

Bulrig has successfully passed the secondary process review and has been deemed (tentatively) suitable for a lower risk cage (Seal types have remained the same). As of November 12th 1514, Bulrig has been stationed on Level 2 Community Cages, with a Low Risk (high percentage) warning.

His now calm behaviour, while he is verbally unsavoury at times, is not a warrant for disciplinary actions and his aggression levels are next to zero at the moment of this update. Due to the increased cage size and communication from his cell neighbors, he has become exceedingly manageable with the Hunter Watchers and his current situation. He will be under review again in another 10 years time for his behaviour over the next decade.
