Background:

A young shy girl who lived  with only her mother while the father had left. Her mother is a  wellknown athlete and sports was a big passion. Knowing later that her  mother was sick through an injury disease from leg and doctors were  expensive. With the lil girl worried and afraid to lose her ownly one,  trying to read on becoming a doctor. With the village she didn´t have  much money as a12 year old not many options are given when you have  permafrost. Other than joining and accompaning delivieries that needed  cooling. Not a well paid job then but important. She got to meet a  doctor who visited the village once and he didn´t have the knowledge to  heal for now. Her mother insisted she go wtih him to learn and later  come back. Something Evelynn would later know why. As she packed her  belongings, talking with her mom, hug and kiss on the cheek was the last  she would ever hear. Joining the doctor, arriving at the city 2 days  later and finding a healingserum that would help, the doc and her  returned back. But it was too late. The mother never wanted her young  one to see her suffer the last days and have the image. Evelynn  regretted to go along since she couldn´t be there or help. The last  remains was the letter she had from her mother and the necklace along.
Evelynn  promised herself she would never let this happen again. Joining the doc  for good as she became his assistant. Studying hard as ever to  know  exactley all there was and to perfect her skills (Since she does  operations as well) knowing the body types, paws, legs from any species  to make sure to help in future.

A well determined and passionate lady.

The  profi Doc is an orthopedist (specializes in Sports medicine injurys  -like a snapped tendon) and it´s hard to get a position to work with her  specifically in the main Gaidinia Hospital. (Of course there are more  than one) The lucky one who proved himself is her new student Styra https://toyhou.se/8714760.styra with whom she teaches exactley all one need´s to know.

Orthopedics  is a medical specialty that focuses on treating injuries  and diseases  of the musculoskeletal system. Some of these conditions are  present at  birth, while others may occur as a result of injury or age-related wear  and tear. Often work as part of a  broader orthopedic team that may  include physician assistants, nurse  practitioners, athletic trainers,  and occupational or physical  therapists. Together, they help diagnose,  treat, and rehabilitate people  with musculoskeletal conditions or  injuries.

All orthopedists must undergo extensive training in  order to obtain their medical license. They must continue ongoing  education and training to maintain it. And Doc Eve is one of the best  you can find.

Info:
A  person who specializes in orthopedics is known as an orthopedist.   Orthopedists use both surgical and nonsurgical approaches to treat a   variety of musculoskeletal issues, such as sports injuries, joint pain,   and back problems.

Orthopedics is a branch of medicine that  focuses on the care of the  skeletal system and its interconnecting  parts. These parts include the:

  • bones
  • muscles
  • joints
  • tendons
  • ligaments

An orthopedist often works as part of a larger orthopedic treatment team. This team may include:

  • physician assistants
  • nurse practitioners
  • occupational and physical therapists
  • athletic trainers

Orthopedists  treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.  These conditions  may be present from birth, or they may occur as a  result of injury or  age-related wear and tear.

Below are some of the most common conditions that an orthopedist may treat:

  • joint pain from arthritis
  • bone fractures
  • soft tissue (muscle, tendon, and ligament) injuries
  • back pain
  • neck pain
  • shoulder pain and problems, such as bursitis
  • carpal tunnel syndrome
  • overuse and sports injuries, including tendinitis, meniscus tears, and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears
  • congenital conditions, such as clubfoot and scoliosis

  • Also operates-

  • A  total joint replacement (TJR), or  arthroplasty, is a surgical  procedure that replaces the damaged joint  with a prosthesis, which  usually consists of some combination of metal  and plastic.
TJR surgery is one of the most commonly performed elective surgeries in the United States.
Arthroscopic surgery is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a device called an arthroscope to diagnose joint problems.
An   arthroscope is a long, thin camera that an orthopedic surgeon will   insert into a person’s joint, most commonly the knee or shoulder. The   camera is connected to a video monitor that allows them to see the   inside of the joint.
By making small additional incisions, the   surgeon can use a number of small, thin instruments to fix a wide   variety of problems.
Arthroscopic surgery of the knee is the most  common type of orthopedic surgery performed in the U.S. An orthopedist  may perform  arthroscopic surgery to repair common joint injuries, such  as meniscus tears, ACL tears, and rotator cuff tears.
Sometimes,  an  orthopedic surgeon needs to perform an operation to repair a more   severely broken bone. To stabilize the bone, they can use a number of   different types of implants. These include rods, plates, screws, and   wires.
In bone grafting surgery, an orthopedic surgeon uses bone  from elsewhere in the body to repair and strengthen diseased or damaged  bones.
They may also source this bone from another person.
Spinal   fusion is a surgical procedure that fuses together adjoining vertebrae   of the spine. This procedure allows the vertebrae to heal into a  single,  solid mass of bone.
An orthopedic spine surgeon may perform a   spinal fusion for a number of back and neck problems, including  injuries  to the vertebrae or intervertebral disks and scoliosis.
