Personality:He is very patient and has a high tolerance to insults (he's very used to people who are unaware of his status mocking his human appearance due to his young appearance and short stature). He sometimes tries to act like a teen, but it’s similar to irl older people and is usually awkward for his companions.
His human form appears to be nineteen, which is when his aging stopped.
A multi-Millennia old legendary dragon. Known as the Legendary Dragon of Purification as well as The Crystal Dragon in the lore of his world.

Abilities
He wields powerful purification magic.
Can control the crystals that float by him. These cannot be forcibly removed from a certain radius from his body.
History
His left horn was shattered in an ancient war a thousand years against strange monsters that were appearing from the world Terra Nether, before the story starts. Since then, he and Archania have generally avoided mortals/ settlements in hopes that Ru would fully heal and regain his power.
He's only able to maintain his unsealed form for short periods, since when his horn shattered it disrupted his magic flow.
