Sqynd is the cousin to the The king of Brakesh and also works as his royal advisor and court mage. They are both rather mysterious figures that aren't much in the public and so many people doesn't readily recognize Sqynd aside from the royal garments she wears. Sqynd is a very silent and loyal right-hand man to Marv, mostly described as pleasant, but also bit intimidating. Physically she isn't too imposing, but there's a sharpness and slyness to her words that makes it sound like she may or may not be watching you.

Personality
Sqynd comes across as pleasant and fun enough company on the surface level, yet perhaps more than meets the eye. The position she holds is very respected and in terms of political power, her opinion holds a lot of weight, especially since she and Marv, The king, are on good terms.
She does like to freak people out and keep them on their toes, but in actuality, she's not that ill-intended. She just happens to keep track of the power. And information is power. So she knows a lot. She keeps a very close eye on a lot of people, though doesn't act on it too much upon what she learns, unless it is needed. Ocassionaly, if it piques her interest, she will relay it onto Marv, who might decide to do something with it.

- Sqynd has the ability to see and to an extend, experience the world through other living beings. She mainly uses her powers on smaller animals (frequently spiders), which she then lets roam around, like flies on the wall, observing people and what they do behind closed doors.

Significant Relationships
Marv
Marv and Sqynd gets along really well, they are probably closer to each other than they are with any of their other family. There's an intense bond of trust that you just won't find them having with many other people. Sqynd likes Marv, even when the entire castle can't fit his ego. He's obnoxious, but never to an unbearable degree and to be quite fair, he is a pretty smart and tactical individual, so it's not like she disagrees with his ideas and opinions a whole lot. As of recent, marv has been working through some emotional changes, and though Sqynd isn't sure she entirely gets it, she appreciates seeing him having fun. Watching him trip and fumble after his run-in with-- Nexus was it? That had been very entertaining to be honest - seeing Marv be challenged isn't somethign she gets to see a whole lot. It at least seems to her like he's having fun too in a way. All in all, she has quite enjoyed the last couple of years, Sqynd also thinks that strategically it is a good idea that he seems to be spending more time with Juna, Queen of Jalia. Good for them!
Mistress
Mistress is fun company. Sqynd enjoys talking to the fog being that makes sure Brakesh is kept behind a curtain of thick mist. The relationship between Brakesh and these beings has been much longer than te rule of Ogben, but it went surprisingly well, once Ogben spearheaded a revolution and took the prior system of rule down. Mistress is the current head in a long line of spokespeople of the Brakeshian fog - she and Sqynd are quite good friend. Sqynd is also pretty sure that Mistress seems to have a bit of a crush on her, which she thinks is very cute. Since Mistress has not really brought it up or pushed it, Sqynd hasn't done so either. They still get excellently along.
Phillip
Despite there not bing a large age gap betweent he two of them, Sqynd was Phillips's teacher when it came to magic. Phillip possessed both great powers and though Sqynd didn't expect him to take the job after hre, she thought he was more than worthy to hand some of her knowledge on to. Their magic was different, but with her being much more in control of her powers, she could still help him find his footing. She sees himself as an older sister to him and does her best to take good care of him.
