TLDR: Fell into the same abyss hole Childe did but spent years there, came back when she was around 18 without many emotions at all, got drafted at the fatui and became an agent (was known for being very cold and ruthless, called "heartless" a lot). When she got her vision after protecting someone she had to kill, she stopped to reconsider her life and decided to be a better person. Ended up working as a rescuer and got hired by the adventurers guild cause she was always helping them anyway.
I'm bad at writing things I hope this makes sense at least.
