Neoma the Aloof

One of Riot's 3 plush toys and the only one capable of speech, Neoma is likely an entity hidden in the doll, but Riot does not know. While Belphagor is a truly malicious spirit (likely a demon) and P.A.L yielding unfathomable power, Neoma is a lot more nonchalant and easy going, but is able to produce sharp mechanical claws from her sleeve, but has never used them.

also, I did NOT draw the original ref, her creator, Lime did. I'm dumb and forgot to add that during upload and can't figure out how to fix it without deleting the character and starting over and I'm lazy ;o;

- only one sleeve, no evidence of any other arm

- expression usually neutral and mouth not seen unless talking / expressing emotion

- though she has wings on her tail, they are useless

- speaks in a gentle and soft voice
