Galebert is a musical genious, a miracle for the artistic development of music in Heaven and known for his works that becomes instant classics. His craft and art is a limited luxury, perfected and highly sought after, people pay a lot of money to hear his work.
He is quite known for hiring a broad range of people in his work as long as they are competent and does their work well. In fact, some people find it kind of controversial and upsetting that he will hire not just neutral species, but also unholy species. Galebert does not really care about what other people thinks.
Though there are many that admires or are neutral towards his work, Gale has a lot of people who dislikes him for one reason or another. He does not tend to leave conversation making a lot of friends. Some of these people talk down to him and treat him more like a child. Despite him being over 400 years, Galebert both looks relatively youthful, but also hasn't been inthe public light for about half of his life. Therefor people often believe he is a bit inexperienced or even jsut a spoiled brat.

Galebert is known to be difficult to work with, if not a straight up nightmare. He's very critical and also very honest about it. When it comes to the art that he works in, he expects people who want to work with him to do their absolute best. He's veyr blunt and often also kind of rude to be honest. But what he makes is amazing, it speaks for itself. He's talented, just a pain to be around to most. If you can deal with his way of behaving, he's got a good enough core. He has met a lot of pressure and prejudice in his youth. Some of that simply because of his naturally blue eyes. It has made him effectively spiteful towards individuals who judge others on factors they cannot be helped to have. He'll very passive aggresively talk down to people who insults others because of their traditionalistic and stupid views.

Significant Relationships
Vorahes
Vorahes has shown a lot of interest in Galebert's art and Galebert is quite pleased about his feedback and company. Others might be a bit intimidated by the ruler of Heaven talking to them, but Galebert doesn't quite care, which works for both of thier favors. Vorahes has expressed his appreciation and support for Galeberts representation and inclusion in his media, which is pretty nice. They don't have much of a relationship aside that, but Vorahes occasionally comes to his performances and Galebert appreciates it a lot.
Ilera
Ilera and Gale used to date a while back. They met at an opera and kinda hit it off, but alas dating didn't really seem to be their thing. Gale appreciates her more as a friend, he's jsut a bit too busy about himself and his work to really commit to a more intense relationship. It wasn't so much that Ilera asked that of him, but, well, it jsut didn't feel like his thing. She seemed really okay being friends to, as she was kinda a bit focused on her work herself. THey still hang out and go to parties though! He appreciates when she comes around and they have a drink.
