1) do not claim my art and / or OC(s) as your own creation. Credit me where credit is due.

2) do not resell tradable OC(s) for money and / or resell a character for more than what you payed for unless additional art work was added. Price others’ art work as well as your own accordingly.

3) do not remove any OC(s) profiles obtained from me. This involves deleting, or gifting / reselling / retrading any of my OC(s) to anyone without a ToyHouse. I am heavily uncomfortable with not being able to see how my OC(s) are being used. If you must private an OC, please let me know beforehand.

4) do not gift / resell / retrade any of my OC(s) to anyone within my blacklist. Gifting / reselling / retrading any of my OC(s) to blacklisted users; or worse, obtaining said OC(s) for the soul purpose of retrieving it for a blacklisted user will result in an instant IP block and blacklisting.

5) You may edit the design slightly / change the gender / fandom of the OC(s). You may also add alternate outfits. Full redesigns are not permitted.

6) Please DO NOT draw over or tamper with any of MY art work of the OC(s). If you wish for changes to be made to the reference sheet please just let me know so I can alter the reference sheet myself!

7) If the OC(s) design tradability needs to be changed for the sake of reselling or retrading, feel free to contact me so I can update it!

8) Please do not re-sell or re-trade my adopts for at least two weeks after purchase / receiving from me. listing a character up for trade or up for sale is indicative enough of intent to trade and still counts as a violation of my T.O.S.

9) I maintain the right to confiscate any received characters (traded or sold) if my T.O.S is breached.
