The Guardian of the stars. He watches over the galaxy and planets, he takes care of the stars above and makes sure the sun and moon are put. 

He serves under the God of stars and astrology, Astraeus, the God and Creator who had made him.

Fun facts here; >:]

The stars on his hair glow into a bright vibrant yellow color whenever he activates his power and die down when he stops. They like to glitter from time to time though :D

He was also created by a star :0 Astraeus, The God of Stars and Astrology grabbed a star from the galaxies and collided it together with an orb of life, and then poof! Asther slowly emerged and the Star took the form of a human body.

Also!! He usually has a cold personality, doesn't really interact or bother with others much as he tends to his duties. He gets annoyed easily, but if you were to mention Astraeus, he'd be a lot of a talker and even when in a serious situation and you mention his name, he'll find ways to comlpiment him with a straight face!
