Halix

Halix ix calm, spending most of his time weaving baskets from hand-stripped wood, or making other small, intricate containers. There's something therapeutic in the long hours spent working slender strips of bark and leaves into long, smooth, flexible strands ready for weaving.

Halix tends to be more solitary than not; there's little about the outside world that really interests him. Some could say he's not challenging himself, that there's things beyond his wildest dreams to engage him and amaze him. Halix, however, would argue that he doesn't have wild dreams because he's content for the mundane and simple, the easy life, the comfort and joys that soft blankets, warm fires, and romance books can bring.

Although sedentry and mostly solitary, Halix is a romantic. Most of his books are romance oriented, often sweet star crossed lovers wanting to be together but forever being shunned from that tangible love, only to find each other centuries later reincarnted and once more in the throes of trying to find love when the world is at odds against them.
