☆ one-off designs by myself may be used or altered in any way this includes editing the original artwork made by me
☆ ryecats, fellalines and other species by me & Arachnidank follow their own species rules (no alteration without approval)
☆ credit and link back to me whenever re-posting my artwork and designs anywhere
☆ don't remove my watermark

☆ you may sell, trade, and gift my designs (resales only for the amount you've paid + worth of additional artwork)
☆ all sales are final, no refunds (consult me for commercial use)
☆ I retain full commercial and distribution rights to my artwork and designs
you may use the art you commissioned from me for personal use but not for commercial use! the same goes for custom designs
or designs you have won from me through auctions, offer to adopts (OTAs), raffles, draw to adopts(DTAs) or set priced adoptions

ignoring or willingly going against my T.O.S. will result in a block
if you have been blocked, do not approach me on any of my social media  accounts asking for commissions or customs I do not want to make business with you anymore
