✦ About
Victor is a sweet, happy-go-lucky type, with a lot of energy and a big, big heart. Despite his lack of understanding of certain concepts and his general ignorance about the modern world, he's very eager to learn, and wants to make as many friends as possible.
Still, Victor has a lot of hidden pain and anger in him. He feels abandoned by a lot of people in his life, and those he has left, he has a protectiveness in him that will lead him to kill if he needs to. He's kind, but he's also realistic.
✦ Appearance
Victor leans on the skinnier side, though his body fluctuates. It can be unhealthily skinny, or hold a decent amount of muscle. He prefers to wear his hair long, and it has a mix of natural white streaks and dyed pink bits. He has heterochromia, one eye pink and one eye white. His outfits consist of a lot of pink and a mix of styles.

✦ Backstory
Victor was born in the 30s, causing the death of his mother and a fracturing of his father. He grew up in a world that didn't seem to know what to do with him, locking him up eventually and forcing him into working at fourteen years old. His father, after losing everything, was extremely depressed and seemed keen to drink himself to death.
Victor's work eventually lead to him meeting Petunia, who would become his eventual best friend. They got married to pretend to be a straight couple to the world, and this lead to the breakdown of their relationship after having children. After a particularly bad fight, Victor left his house and ran into the dying personification of time, and in his attempt to help them he absorbed them. He fell through time and came out on the other side in 2025, unsure what happened to him and not sure how to get back home.

✦ Relationships
The Cerulean Stars Victor thinks that the Stars are simultaneously very charming and he likes them, but also a bit of a mess and in need of a lot of guidance and help. He's convinced they could not save the world just on their own, but with help? He had complete confidence.
Jirou Taleva Jirou is Victor's first love and his complimentary element of Earth. Victor is able to do trust Jirou with everything, and in turn, Jirou loves and protects him. He wants to make things better for him, and support him as well as he can.
