Pearson is true professional, during his career he has worked under countless supervillains. His latest gig is as Oscar's second-in-command. This means that it's Pearson's job to make his boss's wild plans to actually work. Pearson is also the one who usually fights the heroes. He may not be as strong as Winn, but he is not afraid to use underhanded tactics to gain advantage.
His real name is Serik Sabanşi. (In kazakh language word for pallas's cat is "sabanşi".
In Finnish pallas's cat is called "arokissa" (lit. "steppe cat"). Because "aro" is also short for "aromantic" I decided that Pearson should be aro.
