Rune was the first in his litter to begin using magic, and he has been hailed as a magical progeny. He can tend to come off as a bit full of himself most of the time, and he has an absurd amount of confidence to back this up. He's not below getting back at people if he is wronged and usually uses this as an excuse to be a bit of a bully. For the most part, however, Rune's focus is solely on perfecting his magic skills. He doesn't have a lot of friends, either because he is too busy practicing his spells or because others' first impression of him puts them off. He has a soft spot for his family, although he would never openly admit it. The few who are able to move past his rough exterior and get to know him, however, know that deep down Rune is somewhat insecure and boasts because it helps him to deal with his anxieties that he may not live up to the expectations others have placed on him.
