Outlaw is not a nice guy. He'll take any and every opportunity to do the wrong thing, and he doesn't really have any qualms about it. He tends to think everything is a twisted game and believes himself to be nearly invincible after having escaped justice numerous times. He commits crime more for the thrill of it than anything else, and he has a talent for getting on people's nerves.  His favorite pass-time is giving the sheriff and his deputies the run around. The only other canine he seems to genuinely care about is his brother, which explains why you'll only ever see him truly angry is if his brother is threatened. Otherwise, he very rarely drops his facade.
