Camellia

Camellia is a Celebi, living deep within the otherwise-uninhabited Ilex Forest. Not a whole lot is known about her, due to her highly elusive nature. She serves as a guardian of the Ilex Forest, wandering through its dense foliage to keep an eye on its carefully protected life and drive away intruders potentially seeking to harm the woods. Living in and around a large shrine erected in past times to worship rare, mythical Pokemon like her, she made it her home when she arrived. She also carefully watches over a lake in a smaller forest nearby, also using it to heal her injuries if need be. Supposedly, Camellia is capable of time travel and has explored both the past and the future quite extensively, but nobody's ever seen her do it and she's too shy to elaborate thoroughly.

Camellia is exceptionally timid and shy around other Pokemon, typically hiding upon seeing someone wander into the forest until she knows whether or not they're dangerous. Her small, petite and generally unassuming appearance often leads to actually-dangerous Pokemon underestimating her, until she shows how startlingly powerful she really is. She's fairly close with Mew and other "small" Legendaries of the sort.
