Delphinus was once an angel that took the form of a november class nuclear attack submarine, designated K-8, or Кит-8, of which sank in the Bay of Biscay in 1970 due to his Fall. Equipped with powerful sonar detection and a range of supernatural perception that expanded for miles, Delphinus was capable of avoiding and eliminating threats before even his onboard crew knew of it, though never being able to interact with them directly. Growing to care emotionally for those within him despite the layers of separation, his fall was one that came about slowly. Though it was well-meaning, it lead to the death's of 52 men as the ones he was unable to save from carbon monoxide poisoning.

A Guardian at his very core, Delphinus is one that not only cares for the physical safety of his charges and loved ones, but also their emotional and mental wellbeing. He comes off as kind, relaxed, and confident, but nevertheless exceptionally responsible, and has been known to surprise people with his intelligence despite his appearnace. In reality, he is someone that often attaches himself emotionally to others, sometimes to the point it consumes him, and can be tripped up easily by new experiences.
Peacemaker
Detests settling issues with violence unless necessary, and prefers a good and fair fight in good fun. Doesnt use weapons if he can help it, and may pull his punches even if it works as a detriment to himself.
Maudlin
Will often get intensely sentimental over and attached to anyone he considers his charge or responsibility to protect, at times sacrificing his own wellbeing to ensure that his focus is happy and safe at all costs.
Dependable
Driven by a primal need to be seen as trustworthy and dependable by his peers. Derives great joy from the satisfaction of those he respects, but is just as much violently nauseous when he believs hes done something wrong.
Open Minded
Doesnt actively ascribe to sterotypes or the socially acceptable stance on things considered taboo, but doesnt often voice it. Can be easily stressed out if he believes he'll be judged for something in the same vein, or when his opinion on it could be seen as bad.
