The co-leader of the Oceanade's Ensemble alongside her younger sister, Khosi. And her older sister, Dor'emy, the true leader. However, Phosilephys is more known on the surface than the other two. Making her the icon of the water element and associates with the other elemental icons such as Kaguya Mirai, Acolyte, Selestia and others. Seemingly, according to Kasen, Phos is also the kindest of her 2 siblings. With Khosi's deceitful nature and Dor's cranky hostility. Not that Phos doesn't have her own times where she's scary, she just seems to rather be curious and love anything in her line of "sight" (Never ask how a person with volunatarily closed eyes how they do it)

Unlike her sisters, Phos prefers to use her voice for concerts and performances, obviously making her the most likable of the trio. "I just don't see a reason why I should lure sailors to death, their lives are as beautiful as this crab I found on the beach!
