Wacian is a witch who can do all kinds of magic. He never really mentions which one he was actually born with, but anyone with knowledge about magic can figure out it's his divination. His red eye has the ability to perform divination and see the past and future of people through their eyes. The monocle he wears prevents him from constantly being tortured with everyone's future. 

He is obsessed with mastering as much magic as he can and his mind is getting borderline corrupted by all the magic he uses. He noticed that he can't control his magic when he experiences strong emotions, especially negative ones, so he tries his best to be always positive and if needed resorts to alcohol to keep his cool.

Wac is very fatherly and acts like a complete dad to everyone, including making dad jokes and people often mistake him for a 30 y/o rather than someone in his early 20s.

Biography

Wacian was born an raised in a small village in Ppeia. He was born with the gift of divination, but only in one eye. This to him felt like a failure so he decided to make up for it by training hard to learn all other types of magic, which turned into  an obsession. 

Eventually his parents became charap food, and he was offered a job in Serpent's gate. since nothing was keeping him in Ppeia he accepted the job and moved.

The way Wac became pretty much the most powerful witch is by making a contract with a god which in return gave him a curse- every time he uses magic he gains golden dragons horns and tail which weigh a lot. He also constantly one emotional breakdown always from total corruption.
