Wally Sparks

If Wally had one word to describe him, it would be smarmy. He always speaks in the cadence of a news reporter, and, much like any other star, believes he's a cut above the rest. Unlike Director, though, he seems blissfully unaware that he's on the path of the struggle through fame, believing he's 'just gotta get over this next hill', even though he's done nothing but go up these hills for years. He's determined to show the world what he's got- and what he's got is pathetic.

Wally enters the story after Blitz is defeated- all the Director's crew's contracts are expiring and he lets them go- but then, Wally knocks on his door, offering to be his secretary, and they become the world's shittiest dynamic duo, Team Rocket style. He excels in AOE and support attacks.

Wally's always wanted to be a weatherman. Make no mistake. He put in the time, he went to performing arts school, and he GOT the job, a huge one, no less! He was just charming enough to make his smarminess seem like bold charisma. He had admirers both platonic and romantic, he was a household name- Until one night, during a storm, he got struck by lightning. He survived, but there was a curious side effect: He now produced this aura of unlikeability. Everyone who's anyone is now predisposed to find Wally annoying. His career went downhill fast- he got fired, no jobs would even interview him! Things were looking bleak, until he remembered that his old college roomie Glitz had just recently gotten in the news for the Blitz incident. After offering his services as a secretary, Wally figured out that he could weaponize his unlikeable aura to herd people around like sheep or clear an area quick. AND SO THE DUO OF GLITZ N' WALLY WAS FORMED.
