Youngest of 4 sisters, the hero is the baby of her family and the most rowdy and un-ladylike of them all. Her father used to tell her stories about great heros and she became obsessed with them. Strong and obedient, she decided she would be the hero of her little town despite no one really needing to be saved..

She often goes to collect wood in the forest that surrounds their town, and often she finds things better than wood. For a while, she'd spend whole days playing with a human boy that lived in there. After finding out he was orphaned, Hiro took him in. She always wanted a brother; after all, she only had sisters who seemed to baby her too much for her liking. She decided that if she couldn't be a hero to the whole town, she'd at least be a hero to him, and she became very protective of the boy.

Another time she found a sword. It was in a part of the forest that she felt like she'd never been in before, despite the fact that she had lived there all her life. It was her very own; she named it the Great Venceda.

With the Great Venceda in hand, Hiro finds her and her brother in some sort of trouble when it starts to glow and speak to her. The sword was more important than she thought! Now traveling with a princess and an ex-criminal, she goes across the lands to seal Cognia's darkness away. She learns many new things and meets many new people, growing very close to her party members and allies.

At the end of her heroic quest she fought the darkness head on, only to be met with failure. An ally saving her at the cost of his own life. The brother whom she tried so hard to protect dying in front of her as a sacrifice to a girl who met the same fate. Her new friends, Zero and Galeo, having the same misfortune as her own with nothing she could do to stop it.

However, it wasn't for naught. While they too perished, the darkness was defeated in the end and Hiro and her friends had succesfully left their mark on the world, for the better. Though... if she had it her way, she would've gotten a second chance.
