TERMS OF SERVICE/ RULES

If you own a design of mine, you automatically accept my rules / terms of service.
Therefore, always take the time to read the rules/ terms and conditions.

Design Rules

• Credits must always be given when posting
• Payments must be made in 48 hours (2 days), if this
does not happen, the design will be released again
• Drawings in exchange for a design must be
completed within a month, but with
agreement more time is possible
• I only accept PayPal, please remove your address when paying
(otherwise PayPal won't release it and you will get
anything only after PayPal has released everything)
• It also happens that I accept DeviantArt Points
or Credits on IMVU, just ask then
• It is allowed to bid more than once
on OTAs or similar (just not with the same offer)
• I don't do refunds, also to undo an exchange could be difficult
• Designs may not be sold for more than what you spent for them
(the price is then composed of purchase price,
commissions and half of your commissions price)
• Won characters may only be given away or traded,
unless you bought commissions or added
own drawings (+ half of your commissions price)
• I would like to stay up to date with my designs,
so if you can, please update me, but it's not a must
• If you upload a design of mine on Toyhouse, please credit me
as creator and send a request to "Lonely-Foxkitten"
• You are allowed to use the designs for anything,
like manga, anime, games and so on
(this does not apply to my CS designs)
• You are allowed to make changes to the design,
but in a way that they can still recognize
the original (this does not apply to my CS designs)
• Genders are always allowed to be changed
• Outfits, accessories, tattoos and everything else may be added
• Flowtie designs must remain flowties, when posting mentions
the species and me as creator
• You may not copy, steal or claim designs as your own
• If you have a CS or OS idea for a design,
please discuss it with me before
• If you make a twin to designs, they may only be
submitted together or must show very
clear differences in the design + ask me first

Blocked User and those on my Blocklist
are not allowed to purchase designs
from me, nor commissions, bases
and everything that goes with it.

I ask that anyone respect this and
after you have seen this List,
do not give them a thing from me.
