Normally mellow and cheerful, but given a challenge he becomes highly competitive. He's very dedicated to his training.

Background
While his brother is large, clumsy, and rather lazy, Gibson is graceful and highly competitive. He trains with Mrs. Hodgins several days a week to compete in sheepdog trials. When not training, he can often be found napping with Bailey or helping Flo or Gus with the livestock. Every so often he ventures off the property to spar or play games with his sister, Laurel. Of the family, he's the closest to Laurel and the most patient with her.
