Tenshi Hikoutori

He grew up knowing he was going to become a hero someday. After all, he had the most perfect quirk for an amazing hero. With the ability to not only fly, but also teleport, it meant he could be places in an instant. He trained very hard from a young age to earn his place at UA. His father was nothing but encouraging throughout his entire childhood, but his mother had concerns about his decision to be a hero.

Before he went to UA, he went to an all-grades school specifically for people with flying quirks. More and more were starting to pop up, so they dedicated a school to teaching fliers how to act properly, take care of their wings, and learn when it's best to fly and not fly. At this school is where Tenshi met Rumi Mizushima, a student a couple grades above him. She ended up being almost like an older sister to him, and he promised her he'd meet her at UA when he was old enough to go.

School

He didn't take school very seriously at first, since he felt he was very overqualified for the beginning courses. It was only after seeing how talented some of his other classmen are that he started to take things more seriously. He remained almost unbeatable when it came to facing anyone in their own grade.

Despite people's unease about Hawks, with what happened to the villain Twice, Tenshi can't help but look up to the Winged Hero. He puts makeup on his face every morning to more closely resemble Hawks, and even picked up sword training to emulate him. He owns real swords, but uses training swords when practicing against other students to prevent accidents.

Hero Work

Being only a first year, he's had very little experience actually fighting villains and helping civilians. However, though much more limited, his feathers hold his teleporting capabilities, so he gifts them to trusted upperclassman.

Warp Wings

His wings give him the ability to teleport. Teleporting uses a feather each time it's done, and the feather will then need to grow back over the course of a few weeks. Amount of things being teleported and distance determines the "cost". Line of sight is also required for teleportation, but reflections work too. As long as he can see where he's going, he can go there.

• His markings on his face are makeup he puts on himself everyday
• He refuses to cut his hair despite everyone telling him it'll get in his way
• His wings are bizarrely light in weight, likely caused by the teleportation property in his feathers
• He has a faint white halo that always floats above his head. It isn't really visible unless it's dark
